The Wow! signal was a strong, narrowband radio signal detected by Dr. Jerry R. Ehman on August 15, 1977, while working on a SETI project at the Big Ear radio telescope of the Ohio State University. The signal bore expected hallmarks of potential non-terrestrial and non-solar system origin. It lasted for 72 seconds.

As if being an undersea treasure hunter wasn’t already the best job imaginable, 4 tonnes of gold sounds like a great reward.
Avalanche shovel? Check. Snow googles? Check. Avalanche transceiver? Check. Kidding about the last one, but getting to work was awesome.
Secretly hoping that I get snowed in, and have to survive on saltines and sake until morning.
